OUR BURGERS
Want an amazing mouth watering burger, Cougar Mountain Lodge is where you will find it!
Our burgers are cut from FRESH (never frozen) beef round, sliced, then ground daily. When they hit the grill they are pressed once, lightly seasoned, flipped, lightly seasoned again, and grilled to the temperature you desire.
OUR FINGER STEAKS & COUNTRY FRIED STEAKS
Our finger steaks and country fried steaks are cut from FRESH (never frozen) eye of round, sliced, then tenderized daily. When they hit the grill they are lightly floured , lightly seasoned, and grilled to perfection!
OUR PRIME RIB
The kitchen staff at Cougar Mountain Lodge are experts in preparing Prime Rib.
Our Prime Rib is prepared with our proprietary sauce and seasoning rub and slow smoked in our smoker.
